Application Procedures
Thank you for your interest in the 'Hessen International' School. Applications are welcome from students of all
nationalities, throughout the year. However, due to the fact that we would like to maintain small classes, students
are advised to apply as early as possible in order to get one of the limited places. Applications may be made up to
one year before the planned entry date.
How to apply
After having a good look at our website, here is a guide to the procedure for joining the school.
1. Print, fill in and send the following forms, together with a 200€ registration fee, to the Hessen International Day and
Boarding School:

Medical Records Form
Direct Debit Authorisation
Apart from the above mentioned forms please send us
i) A copy of the birth certificate and passport of the child to verify date of birth and citizenship of the child
ii) A copy of a school report from the last school (if applicable)
2. If your child has attended any other school please send us any recommendations
from their school.
3. Once the application is complete and all the admission requirements are met, we will send you an acceptance letter. Otherwise we will call you and make an appointment for an interview.
