Registration Fee: 200 € (non-refundable)
The registration fee is required for the processing of the application for admission. It is non-refundable and it is payable once only. This payment must accompany the application for admission. The new student's name will be entered on the waiting list on receipt of the application form and application fee and an offer of a place may be made to the student after the principal approves that the admission requirements have been met.

Re-registration Fee: 150 € (non-refundable)
The re-enrollment fee is paid by returning students. It is payable on submission of the re-registration forms.

Entrance Fees:
There will be no entrance fee charged during the first 2 school years (2005/06 and 2006/07).

Fees can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or direct debit. All school fees are due before the beginning of each school year. Fees for Students joining the school during the school year are due before they begin classes.

Those who would prefer to spread the payment of the school fees over 10 months (school year) will be charged 2.5% of the annual fee.

Before and After School Child Care

There are child care facilities for children who need to stay at school before (06:00 to 08:30 hours) and after (15:30 to 18:00 hours) school hours. Written notice should be made a month before the intended date. The charge for this service is as follows:
Before school child care monthly charges (optional):
06:00 - 08:30 hrs = 1st child (€165/m); 2nd child (€110/m); 3rd child (€80/m).
07:00 - 08:30 hrs = 1st child (€99/m); 2nd child (€70/m); 3rd child (€50/m).

After school child care monthly charges (optional):
15:30 - 18:00 hrs = 1st child (€165/m); 2nd child (€110/m); 3rd child (€80/m).
15:30 - 17:00 hrs =1st child (€99/m); 2nd child (€70/m); 3rd child (€50/m)

Discounts/Fee Reduction
Siblings discount
Families with more than one child enrolled at Hessen International School, will be granted a tuition fee discount of €800 for each additional child.

Boarding fees:
Each subsequent child enrolled at our school as a boarder receives a €1 000 discount per school year (weekly boarders only).

Single Parent Discount
Single parents receive a discount of €1 000 per school year for each child enrolled at our school.

Notice of child withdrawal
A written notification of the intention to withdraw a student from the school should be sent to the school administration 2 months before the withdrawal date.

Lunch
Lunch will be provided for all students at an extra cost. Boarders will not require to pay for lunch as the boarding fees is inclusive of all meals.
